What is LNK-AIMC104GMP

The LNK-AIMC104GMP is an industrial PoE+ switch with a boost circuit. Its hardware configuration includes 4 Gigabit PoE Ethernet ports and 1 SFP optical uplink port. It supports the IEEE 802.3af/at standard and has a maximum output power of 30W per port.

The AI PoE switch comes with an LED display and is equipped with an Android APP and web management interface. Without the need for additional detection tools, it can complete device status reading and parameter configuration, suitable for low-voltage input scenarios such as solar power supply, and can cope with various difficult industrial network environments.

Working Principle

The AI PoE switch is equipped with its own self-developed intelligent management system and voltage boost module. After inputting a 9-54V DC voltage, the boost circuit converts the input voltage into a PoE standard 48V output. Different input voltages correspond to different total PoE power of the entire machine.

The AI PoE switch completes PoE device detection, classification, and power supply output through the hardware chip, while continuously collecting operating data such as voltage, current, temperature, and SFP optical module DDM optical power.

The data is synchronized and pushed to the LED screen, mobile APP, and web interface. Functions such as fiber link alarm, timed restart, and VLAN isolation are realized through the built-in firmware. In redundant link mode, link failures will automatically switch to the backup link to ensure the network does not disconnect.

Installation and Use

  • Mount the switch onto the DIN rail, ensuring there is sufficient ventilation space for the aluminum casing;
  • Connect the 9-54V DC power terminal, confirm normal power supply, and observe the SYS system indicator light;
  • Connect the SFP optical module for the fiber uplink, and connect the RJ45 port to the PoE terminal device;
  • Enable basic functions such as VLAN isolation and forced 10M long-distance transmission through the device’s jumpers;
  • Download the corresponding APP on an Android phone or access the Web management page through a computer browser to view real-time operating parameters, configure optical power alarm thresholds, and set advanced functions such as timed restart;
  • Read the on-board LED screen to quickly view real-time operating data such as voltage, current, optical power, and temperature.
